Deep-drawn Expertise
Our equipment list, ongoing investment in stamping presses, and in-house tooling all play a major role in our ability to meet the growing needs of our customers for high quality stamped components and assemblies. However, our ability to develop innovative deep-drawn solutions that help our customers reduce assembly costs and secondary operations is one of our greatest assets.

Tooling
In-house engineering and design capabilities and a modern tool room with CNC equipment allow JMS to offer cost-effective die building and faster turnaround, while achieving greater control and tighter tolerance throughout the life of the product.

Production Capabilities
JMS is capable of producing a variety of parts with drawn, flat and extruded characteristics. Our transfer and progressive die presses offer medium and high speed stamping and drawing of cold rolled steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper.

Value-added Processes
JMS offers value-added processes such as heat-treating, plating, painting, sub-assembly and other secondary operations.
